One of the rare transition tow trucks when Aurora went from the Vibes to the T Jets. It is red with white instead of black side stripes. It also has the Vibe tractor roof with a horn instead of the T Jet light. Speaking of the roof it is a HO Detroit roof. It was made and painted by C Mullis and looks great. You can't really tell it is a reproduction. The rest of the truck is all Aurora. The body and paint look great and it would display very well. There is slight wear to the booms edges. The chassis is complete and runs. The rear wheel centers are knocked out from the wrong axle being used. The front ones are perfect. This would make a great addition to any T Jet collection and be a centerpiece for it.

James Bond Set Cars
This is a pair of cars from the AC Gilbert James Bond set. One is a Mustang in red and the other is the Astin Martin DB4 the Bond drove in dark blue. Gilbert had a problem with their chassis so they bought Aurora's to use. They didn't fit the wheel wells of the bodies perfect. The Astin Martin didn't have to be modified but the rear wheels look too far back. The Mustang had to have its back wheel wells opened up so the tires wouldn't hit the body. This makes the body look like it is cut but it was done at the factory. Any one that knows these cars knows that story. The bodies especially the red plastic ones look like they have cracks in them but it is just lines in the plastic. I have seen both these issues on every one of these Gilbert cars I have seen. Both of these cars are in great condition with all their parts and very good chrome on them. The chassis are both complete and run and are in great condition as are the tires and wheels. They will display perfect. A great addition to any Aurora collection. Price is for both cars. Cond 8+.
